In addition to Heartwork, we offer Heartwork & Coaching sessions that integrate practical tools and personality work. These sessions are tailored to help you not only process emotionally but also build a robust toolkit for navigating life's challenges with resilience and confidence. Through personalized coaching, you will gain deeper self-awareness, learn how to manage emotional triggers, and develop strategies to respond to life's challenges with love rather than fear.

Heartwork is a unique method to help process & resolve emotional hurts or trauma. We use muscle testing, prayer, and ask the Holy Spirit to identify those emotions to resolve the hurt they caused.

Heather has a gift and is a gift. Her connection with the Holy Spirit and how she allows Holy Spirit to speak through her has brought so much healing in my life.
